WAO Crew: Event Coordinator & Event Producer

We are WAO, a real estate company that designs, builds and runs spaces for contemporary working and living.

You are the person the client actually meets on the day of the event: you play host, look after the space, coordinate suppliers and resolve requests and surprises on the spot.

In the Crew there is one job: making WAO events work, from start to finish. What changes along the way is the complexity of the events you follow and how independently you run them. You start with more straightforward events, where you are the client's operational point of contact before the event and on the ground. With experience you move on to more layered ones: more suppliers, more people to coordinate and a client relationship that carries on before and after.

• You are a problem solver: faced with a technical or logistical hitch you don't wait for instructions, you act quickly and responsibly and the event carries on.
• You know how to welcome people: you make clients and guests feel at home and stay calm when the tension around you rises.
• Precision and organisation are your strong suit. If you already have experience with staff, suppliers and timelines, that's a big plus for us.
• You are flexible: events run both during the day and in the evening, on weekdays as well as weekends 🙂
