WAO

WAO is the OneDay Group startup specialised in designing, building and running smart, innovative co-working and co-living spaces. Born from the experience of the Group's 3 coworking buildings, WAO turns empty spaces into places full of life — an organic, vital part of the city and neighbourhood that host them.

  • Our Vision: To create a network of places animated by people committed to building a better world.
  • Our Mission: We turn spaces into places that express local identity, where people live, work and thrive, building community. We foster connections that drive collaboration, growth and social, cultural and economic value.

The IT Team

The IT team's mission is to put every OneDay person in the best possible conditions to work, technology-wise. PC? Connection? Anything tech in our coworkings? We've got it! 🙋 Through our quiet work behind the scenes we wipe out colleagues' downtime and give them a first-class tech experience.

The IT team supports all OneDay Group companies (WeRoad, ScuolaZoo, Mambo and many others) and every company working in WAO spaces.

The IT Support role

The group keeps growing, we operate in more and more countries, and the scale of our companies demands an ever more responsive, competent and efficient IT function. We're looking for an IT Support Intern to join the team and take on the most operational, logistical on-site work. Work mode: 100% on-site, given the nature of the tasks.

What's on the table: in proportion to your curiosity, your ability to earn trust and your desire to learn, you'll gain technical skills on the group's technologies on the field — at an uncommon pace — building a career path in this area.

The ideal candidate

  • Soft skills: Reliability, precision, kindness and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Hard skills: You instinctively tackle any problem with a good Google search and can use Google Sheets at a basic level.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Windows and macOS with the ability to debug and fix the most common issues.

Compensation & prospects

The initial contract is a 6-month internship with compensation proportional to your fit with the role, from a minimum of €500 to a maximum of €700 + €160 in meal vouchers.
